2019 Subaru BRZ Performance

The 2019 Subaru BRZ runs on a 2.0L 4-cylinder horizontally opposed SUBARU BOXER® engine that can get up to 205 horsepower and 156 lb-ft of torque.

The standard transmission is a close-ratio 6-speed manual with Incline Start Assist. A 6-speed automatic is also available. The automatic transmission features Sport mode and manual mode. This allows you to control the gears without a clutch by using paddle shifters mounted on the steering wheel.

While this powertrain provides you with a fun and exciting drive, it also delivers an efficient one. The BRZ can get up to an EPA-estimated 24 city/33 highway MPG.

This sleek sports car is standard rear-wheel drive. To boost its grip and performance it features a Traction Control System, Vehicle Stability Control with Track mode, and a TORSEN® limited-slip rear differential.

2019 Subaru BRZ Design

With an aerodynamic design and a low center of gravity, the Subaru BRZ was built with performance in mind.

It stands just 50.6 inches tall and has a curb weight of 2,789 pounds. With its lightweight body and streamlined design, it has only a 0.27 drag coefficient. You'll also be able to take tight corners with its electric power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering and a 13.1:1 steering ratio.

This exciting vehicle's agility is bolstered by its 101.2-inch wheelbase. It's designed to accelerate quickly around curves with a 59.8-inch front track and 60.6-inch rear track. Plus, at just 69.9 inches wide, it'll grip the road around even the sharpest corners.

All of this rests on an exciting sport-tuned 4-wheel independent suspension. Up front there's a strut-type lower L-arm with a stability bar, while the rear has a double-wishbone design with shock absorbers.

Stepping into the cabin of the 2019 Subaru BRZ feels like you're strapping into a race car. It has performance-inspired sport seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, leather-wrapped shift knob, and an available pushbutton start.

This comfortable interior can be decked out in either black cloth or black leather seats with red stitching. You can treat some friends to a fun ride with 41.9 inches of front legroom and 29.9 inches of rear legroom.
