All-wheel drive is standard on the Subaru WRX, which is rare in the compact class. Even in treacherous weather, the drivetrain delivers excellent road grip. The ride quality is composed, but handling is finely-tuned and responsive, delivering driving enjoyment, especially along winding roads. STI models come with a specially sport-tuned suspension.
