When your smartphone is connected to the STARLINK™ system and equipped with the corresponding app, you'll have access to the following safety and security technologies.

Automatic Collision Notification

This will automatically contact a STARLINK™ Customer Care Advisor in the event of a collision where your airbags deployed. They will then request emergency services to ensure your safety.

SOS Emergency Assistance and Enhanced Roadside Assistance

When you break down or suffer from a minor accident, you can request emergency assistance as well as roadside assistance with a push of a button.

Stolen Vehicle Recovery

If your vehicle ever goes missing, you can use the Subaru STARLINK™ app on your smartphone to call a Customer Care Advisor who will send a first responder and work with the local authorities to find your car.

Vehicle Health Services

The Safety and Safety & Security Plus Packages will also provide Monthly Vehicle Health Reports, Diagnostic Alerts, and Maintenance Alerts. This will help you provide the professional automotive services your vehicle needs when it needs it to extend its longevity.
